How to Register a Grievance

Step 1: Submit Your Complaint

Your email should include:

Any supporting documents or evidence relevant to your complaint

Step 2: Acknowledgement and Review

We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 24 hours. Your complaint will be assigned to our Grievance Officer for review and appropriate action.

The Grievance Officer will examine the matter and respond within 7 working days, with the aim of resolving the issue fairly and satisfactorily.

Step 3: Escalation of Grievance

If you are not satisfied with the response or resolution provided by the Grievance Officer, you may escalate the matter to the Editor-in-Chief by sending an email to editor@onlinekeralanews.com with the subject line “Grievance Escalation”.

Details of your previous correspondence

The response received from the Grievance Officer

Reasons for your dissatisfaction

The Editor-in-Chief will review the matter and provide a response within 15 working days.
