How to Register a Grievance<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1: Submit Your Complaint<\/span><\/p>\n

Please send an email to grievance@onlinekeralanews.com<\/a> with the subject line “Grievance”.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your email should include:<\/span><\/p>\n

Your full name<\/span><\/p>\n

Contact details<\/span><\/p>\n

A clear description of your grievance<\/span><\/p>\n

The URL or title of the content in question (if applicable)<\/span><\/p>\n

Any supporting documents or evidence relevant to your complaint<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2: Acknowledgement and Review<\/span><\/p>\n

We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 24 hours. Your complaint will be assigned to our Grievance Officer for review and appropriate action.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Grievance Officer will examine the matter and respond within 7 working days, with the aim of resolving the issue fairly and satisfactorily.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3: Escalation of Grievance<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are not satisfied with the response or resolution provided by the Grievance Officer, you may escalate the matter to the Editor-in-Chief by sending an email to editor@onlinekeralanews.com<\/a> with the subject line “Grievance Escalation”.<\/span><\/p>\n
