ന്യൂഡൽഹി∙ കോടതിക്കു പുറത്തു വിവാഹമോചനത്തിനു മുസ്‌ലിം സ്ത്രീകൾക്ക് അവകാശമുണ്ടെന്നു വ്യക്തമാക്കിയ കേരള ഹൈക്കോടതി ഉത്തരവു ചോദ്യം ചെയ്തുള്ള ഹർജിയിൽ സുപ്രീം കോടതി നോട്ടിസയച്ചു. മുസ്‌ലിം വ്യക്തിനിയമപ്രകാരം വിവാഹബന്ധം വേർപ്പെടുത്താനുള്ള സ്ത്രീയുടെ അവകാശം സംബന്ധിച്ച ഖുൽഹ് എന്ന രീതിയാണ് 2021ൽ കേരള ഹൈക്കോടതി ശരിവച്ചത്.

കോടതിക്കു പുറത്തുള്ള വിവാഹമോചനം മുസ്‍ലിം സ്ത്രീക്കു വിലക്കുന്ന കെ.സി.മോയിൻ – നഫീസ കേസിലെ 49 വർഷം പഴക്കുമുള്ള ഉത്തരവു തിരുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു. വിധിക്കെതിരായ പുനഃപരിശോധനാ ഹർജിയും ഹൈക്കോടതി തള്ളി. എതിർകക്ഷികൾക്കു നോട്ടിസയച്ച ജസ്റ്റിസ് എ.എസ്.ബൊപ്പണ്ണ അധ്യക്ഷനായ ബെഞ്ച് കേസ് മേയ് 17ന് വീണ്ടും പരിഗണിക്കുമെന്നറിയിച്ചു. കേരള മുസ്‍ലിം ജമാ അത്താണ് ഒരു ഹർജി നൽകിയത്.
